Welcome to Monkey Bar, a brand of Saisha Foods and Beverages LLP. This Return & Refund Policy outlines our guidelines for product returns and refunds.

1. Returns: We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

3. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at monkeybarmumbai@gmail.com.

4. Shipping: To return your product, please mail it to the address provided during the return authorization process. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item.
